Definitely an incentive for me now that I almost have enough money saved up for a down payment...which I might add is equivalent to buying an entire home in any other place other than Manhattan. We could not even get close to the parade but really enjoyed sitting in a cafe and taking in the sites. If you have never been you should go, at least once. One of those moments where you stop and say WOW I really live here, I live in NYC. I love NY.</description>
